Integrity in State's use of Educational Fiduciary Funds | FIDUCIARY FUNDS ARE FOR THE CHILD NOT FOR THE GOVERNMENT NOT FOR THE UNIONS | The money held by the state for education is a fiduciary fund held on behalf of Oklahoma citizens for the purpose of educating their children. It does not belong to the state. The state is the caretaker of these private funds provided by Oklahoma citizens on behalf of the children of Oklahoma.
The state has no authority to tell the parent what school the child must attend. The state has no authority to relegate children to a school run by the government. Those funds are subject to parental authority. They are to be used for the best interest of the child. | HB 2673 begins to address this issue. | HB 2673 is legislation which begins to address this issue. It provides students a way out of government (public) schools which have been “F” rated for three years in a row.
If a charter school were to have an "F" rating three years in a row, the state would close the school. With this in mind, this legislation is long over-due.
Of the 45,863 kids in F grade schools state-wide, 30,662 are in either the Oklahoma City Public School system and the Tulsa Public School system. Approximately 2/3rds of the 45,863 are Hispanic or Black. Over 2/3rd are from Economically Disadvantaged homes.
In the Oklahoma City Public School District there were a total of 40 schools receiving an F from the last school report card for 2018-2019. That means there were 16,661 children subjected to not just below standard but the very worst educational experience.
HB 2673 allows families in these habitually failing districts to find a way out for their children. It provides these families promise for the future.
So, here is a child from a poor home who is already at a disadvantage. The child is now trapped in a school that is getting an F year after year. Their parents are too poor to be able to have the private school option to escape this catastrophe. Blacks and Hispanics make up 78% of these poor children. | Inner-city children need to be set free from the grossly under-performing institutions we force them to attend.
Call your Legislator & Senator today. Let them know you are behind HB 2673. Just tell them you favor its passage.

Trump was the visible target of the Democrats and the Washington swamp. The real target is “We, the People”. They are sending a clear message to the citizenry: obey or be crushed.
The American Republic is under attack, and has been for many years. Now is the time for Christian Patriots to stand. We must fight for the Republic our forefathers fought to give us.
We are seeing the outcome of more than sixty years of communism and Marxist influence into our society. THE DIVERGING PATHS OF Lincoln & Darwin Both Born Feb 12, 1809
by Bob Linn Research by William Federer | OCPAC leadership is in the midst of a campaign to begin the transformation of education in Oklahoma through first, providing wholesome educational opportunities for our most vulnerable and impoverished who are unable to fend for themselves regarding their educational opportunities.
TWO PATHS
There is no more stark example of the vital nature of education and the ideas that drive nations than the diverging paths traveled by the two men above, both born on Sunday, February 12, 1809.
Lincoln forged a path to light. Marx forged a path to darkness.
| Lincoln saw mankind as the personal creation of God and therefore saw all men as vessels of the Image of God. Lincoln is best known for issuing the Emancipation Proclamation and freeing millions of slaves, claiming all men are created equal.
He stated in his Gettysburg Address, November 19, 1863:
Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.
Charles Darwin was an atheist. Darwin's theory of evolution claims men were not created, but rather the products of pure chance.
For Darwin, all life evolved from the impersonal foundation of “raw” materials whose existence was inexplicable. Darwinists say life is a purely material and devoid of meaning endowed by a creator.
IDEAS HAVE CONSEQUENCES | Darwin's Origin of Species was a pathway to tyranny, death, and destruction.
Along with German philosopher, Hegel, Darwin's evolutionary theory was foundational to the development of Marxism.
Origin of Species was read and reread by Karl Marx, who saw "survival of the fittest" as validating his political application of the idea of conflict inherent in Hegel’s dialectic theory of history.
For Marx, it seemed quite natural that labor and community organizers would create the domestic chaos which would enable Communist dictators to usurp power.
Darwin's evolutionary theory was the inspiration for murderers and tyrants the world over. The list includes Margaret Sanger, Friedrich Engels, Vladimir Lenin, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, Pol Pot, and others whose eugenic policies and totalitarian regimes aborted, killed and enslaved millions. | The founder of Communism, Karl Marx, so appreciated Origin of Species, he dedicated a personal copy his book, Das Kapital, to Charles Darwin, inscribing that he was a "sincere admirer" of Darwin.
Darwinism is more than the core of Communism and political tyrannies.
It is the core of American education today. School children educated in government (public) schools are assigned textbooks approved by the NEA and the OEA which teach this concept which has forged the pathways of evil for generations.
However, America’s foundations were built not on the atheism of Darwin, but the Biblical concept of Divine Creation. Our nation’s leaders have reflected on this precise point.
PRESIDENT FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT | Franklin D. Roosevelt stated January 6, 1942:
Our enemies are guided by an unholy contempt for the human race.
We are inspired by the first chapter of the Book of Genesis: 'God created man in His own image.'
We are fighting to uphold the doctrine that all men are equal in the sight of God.
Those on the other side are striving to destroy this deep belief and to create a world in their own image - a world of tyranny and cruelty and serfdom.
PRESIDENTS TRUMAN, EISENHOWER, AND REAGAN
In his State of the Union, January 7, 1948, Harry S Truman stated:
We believe in the dignity of man. We believe that he was created in the image of the Father of us all. We do not believe that men exist merely to strengthen the state or to be cogs in the economic machines.
President Eisenhower stated upon his return from the Geneva Conference, July 25, 1955:
The wide gulf that separates so far East and West ... lies between the concept of man made in the image of his God and the concept of man as a mere instrument of the state.
Reagan told the citizens of Hambach, Germany, May 6, 1985:
Each of us, each of you, is made in the most enduring, powerful image of Western civilization. We're made in the image of God, the image of God the Creator. | A year and a half into the Civil War, Lincoln told his Cabinet, September 22, 1862, as reported Treasury Secretary Salmon Portland Chase:
"The time for the annunciation of the emancipation policy can no longer be delayed. Public sentiment will sustain it, many of my warmest friends and supporters demand it, and I have promised God that I will do it."
When asked by Secretary Chase to explain, Lincoln replied:
"I made a solemn vow before God, that if General Lee were driven back from Pennsylvania, I would crown the result by the declaration of freedom to the slaves."
The reverberations of lives of Lincoln and Darwin echo through the centuries. In the Gospel of Matthew (13:30), Jesus said: "Let both the wheat and the tares grow together until the harvest."
THE CONTENT OF OUR CLASSROOMS WILL GUIDE OUR FUTURE
Given the horrific impact Darwin’s atheism and evolutionary mythology had on world history, we should be concerned that it is the educational presupposition used in our government schools today. Is seems we may be raising more of the likes of Lenin and the others who followed.
HB 2763 A START TO EDUCATIONAL REFORMATION
Aside from the academic failure of our inner city’s educational institutions, another reason OCPAC leadership developed HB2763 is to provide wholesome, healthy options for our most vulnerable.
Our educational foundations should not be grounded in Darwin and Marx. Oklahoma school children should be taught the ideas encased in the Declaration of Independence, that mankind was created by God and endowed with Divine purposes related to their individual liberty, life, and the pursuit of happiness.

May God bless all of you, and may God forever bless the United States of America. | FOLLOWUP WITH WARREN HAMILTON | I visited with Senator Hamilton this week and continue to be impressed with his Christian passion and his gracious demeanor.
I appreciate his desire to work toward the abolition of abortion. Last week’s OCPAC article on the SB 485 affirmed that abortion is murder and should be abolished.
I spoke of the doctrine of severability. SB 485 would have tested that. It represented a judicial trial balloon risking innocent life. Constitutional expert, Dr. Kevin Walsh, emphasized in his scholarly article that the statement of inseverability in a bill means nothing to the courts.
They have severed in the past, and will continue in the future to sever as they please. The inseverability clause in SB 495 would have meant nothing to the court.
Senator Hamilton and I discussed a number of things, including the probability of Oklahoma nullifying a court edict.
With the Obergefell decision in mind, I wrote the article because I would not gamble even one life on the sanity of a court who has become, if not wholly, at least intermittently, both evil and irrational.
I would not trust the will of Oklahoma's body politic, heretofore untested in the practice of nullification, to make this their debut into the arena of defiance to the courts. Not at the risk of human life. | STATE AUDITOR 84 Days Since I Filed by Bob Linn | It has now been Eighty Four days since, on Monday, November 23, I filed an Oklahoma Open Records Request in the Oklahoma State Auditor's office. THAT REQUEST REMAINS LARGELY UNFULFILLED | Three weeks ago, a bit more than 50 days later, I received a partial response.
SA&I General Council, Mick Dodson, informed me a few weeks ago that he would charge me for the time I cost SA&I in time.
When I last came by the SA&I offices, I found them closed at 9:30 A.M. When I came back a second time at 10:30 A.M., there was still no one there. I left a note and received a call at 11:30 A.M. letting me know the office was open.
Open Record Requests (ORR) to the state auditor's office (SA&I) may represent a significant challenge with what appears to be a truncated work schedule.

It is important to expose these enemies who have crept into Christendom. These have entered our Christian institutions in an effort to destroy the Church. The "gospel" they promote will bear no fruit. Marxist ideology mixed with Bible verses will produce neither salvation nor the health, peace, and prosperity of civilizations.
Marxist concepts like social justice, critical race theory and the myths inherent in the concept of "white privilege" are ungodly, contrary to all of the Scriptures, and represent evil and destructive weapons designed to destroy the church, the family, and societies. They are drenched in narcissism and hatred.
