At the National Security Council, Alex traveled the country and the world with President Trump and was at his side during key moments, including some of the biggest counterterrorism operations of the Trump presidency.

He also carried out the biggest reorganization to the NSC in living memory, ensuring that only competent and loyal professionals were entrusted with some of the country’s most sensitive jobs.

Since leaving government, Alex and his wife Rochelle have returned to Oklahoma City, where he runs a small business helping American companies around the world.

Alex is the recipient of the second-highest civilian award from the Department of Defense and the highest award from the National Security Council for his service to the country under President Trump.

An apology and an invitation

Personal Note to Cathy Costello
Invitation to Cindy Byrd

Published Tuesday, April 26, 2022
At the end of the OCPAC meeting held at the Oklahoma History Center on March 23, 2022, when guest speaker Michael Romero made his presentation, I witnessed a very disconcerting confrontation with members of the audience and the speaker.

During times of political campaigns, emotions and tensions can be high. It is the desire of OCPAC to provide a platform for ideas to be aired and information to be disseminated in a respectful and professional manner.

While I did not witness the full confrontation between members of our audience and our speaker, we certainly do not condone personal attacks or open disrespect among, between or with our membership and we expect professionalism from our speakers.

Following that incident, OCPAC received a letter from Mrs. Cathy Costello, which she also shared with the public, expressing her destress, dismay, and discomfort during her encounter with the guest speaker.

OCPAC has enjoyed a longstanding positive relationship with Cathy Costello and her late husband. We hope her hiatus from OCPAC will be short-lived and we may again enjoy her presence and amazing singing voice very soon.

To the extent that OCPAC can assume responsibility for the verbal altercation, we extend a genuine and sincere apology for the negative encounter she experienced, and others witnessed. It does not reflect the professionalism, dignity, and culture we wish to cultivate.

Furthermore, it was apparent that the heated encounter was regarding the ongoing disagreements of audit findings and requests for information from the Office of the Oklahoma Auditor and Inspector.

It is my desire that OCPAC have the courage to pursue the truth and get to the bottom of issues as it relates to conservative principles or allegations of public corruption. OCPAC has given significant latitude for the detractors of the Oklahoma Auditor and Inspector to allow them to make their case.

This topic has proven quite complex, and questions abound. It has become clear that our membership is divided on this issue.

The OCPAC Board and I wish to be responsive to our membership and desire to be fair and just in dealing with elected officials. To that end, I have called Cindy Byrd and extended an invitation to come speak at our membership at a future OCPAC meeting.

It is my great honor lead the Oklahoma Conservative Political Action Committee.

Very respectfully,

Bob Linn

Final Report: Department of Health Audits | From Bob Stoops and Wade Burleson

Why What Really Happened
at the Health Department has never
been fully known until now
WEDNESDAY LUNCH
Central Oklahoma Home Builders
We'll be visited by news media for our final presentation covering the fiscal abuse that resulted in 198 innocent state employees losing their jobs and an unneeded appropriation of $30 million of state taxpayer dollars to the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).

Much of what we discovered was never
presented to the Grand Jury.

Some of what has become known may explain that in a way that not only points to intentional fraudulent actions allowed to exist for nearly a decade through gross incompetence and a possible cover up of that incompetence by high level officials in Oklahoma state government.

The state's auditor signs off on annual audits of this department. The long history of fiscal troubles of the OSDH have been linked to inadequate auditing practices by the state's auditing core.
This week, Steve Anderson will unveil a years worth of open records requests that link the OSDH with the state auditor as well as with the former Attorney General, Mike Hunter.

We will also be joined by OCPAC friend, Don Spencer who will update us briefly on last-minute legislative issues.

"I look forward to see what is presented at OCPAC this Wednesday."

BOB LINN
Christianity's Cultural Fruit
The OCPAC presentation last week by Wade Burleson regarding the National Football League’s origins made the case that Christian discipleship bears fruit which extends worldwide.

It is also a reminder that we need to continue to tend to the Biblical foundations of the culture in which God has placed us.

It was great to also be joined by Hall of Fame Coach, Bob Stoops. His comments underlined the human elements of a football team and the very real need to develop players as human beings.

Senate candidate Chris Toney, one of Bob’s players on the 2000 national Championship team, made that clear. He introduced the coach by speaking of the cultural transformation of the team under Stoops leadership.
Concluding comments by both Wade Burleson and City Elder President, Jesse Rodgers, was that only Christ can transform mankind and the culture we create.

Richard Niebuhr spoke about this when he wrote Christ & Culture.

He spoke of the leadership role St. Augustine played in the transition of a Caesar-centered community to a Christian one.
Niebuhr said, “Christ is the transformer of culture for Augustine in the sense that he redirects, reinvigorates, and regenerates that life of man, expressed in all human works.”
In his preface to the Gifford Lectures, Emil Bruner said that, “only Christianity is capable of furnishing the basis of a civilization which can rightly be described as human.”

Henry Van Til stated in his book on the cultural foundations of Christianity said that man is a stranger to himself with no knowledge of the purpose of his existence or being on the earth finds himself only through the pages of Scripture. Hence, it is only Christ who brings man back to his rightful owner.
Both Wade Burleson and City Elder’s president, Jesse Rodgers, made this point well last Tuesday evening.

These are the pathways for the future greatness of Oklahoma and the nation.

This Wednesday, Steve Anderson will be revealing his reviews of what appears to be systemic failures on the part of the many Oklahoma’s governmental institutions tasked with oversight of the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH). Institutions which continue to allow troubling and costly fiscal issues at the OSDH.

The integrity of the audits on the state's institutions impact the personal welfare of the private citizen. When government bonds are sold based on incorrect audits, the citizen is being scammed.

The Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) exists to protect the citizen against fraudulent audits. Our program this Wednesday will be taking us into the heart of how this has been working in Oklahoma's Department of Health and the many agencies responsible for its fiscal oversight.

I look forward to seeing you then!

DR. ROBERT REYNOLDS
for O.U. Board of Regents
The doctrine of DIVERSITY EQUITY INCLUSION has penetrated deep into the University of Oklahoma's administration.

Each of these three words have been newly defined by cultural Marxist’s to promote their egalitarian platform.

No one is better prepared than Dr. Robert Reynolds to join two of OCPAC's favorites, Governor Frank Keating, and Rick Nagel as an O.U. Regent.

Dr. Reynolds will bring to the university depth of knowledge regarding the Marxist elements in Critical Race Theory.
