Published Monday, February 1, 2021 | | AT NOON WEDNESDAY Central Oklahoma Home Builders OCPAC's Luncheon Headliner T.W. SHANNON
T.W. Shannon’s political career saw him rise to what is arguably the highest seat of power in Oklahoma government. He became the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. It propelled him to a run for the U.S. Senate where he garnered the support of U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. | | God had other plans for T.W., however. Plans that would keep him in the Sooner state.
In 2002, Chickasaw Governor Bill Anoatubby & the Chickasaw Banc Holding Company established the Chickasaw Community Bank (CCB). T.W. Shannon became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the CCB bank in 2017.
Two years later, Shannon was appointed as a commissioner with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
T.W. holds a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University Law School.
He will address OCPAC to communicate his perspectives on what he sees for the future of the state in the current economic and political environment. ______________ | | REPORT FROM MAJORITY FLOOR LEADER JON ECHOLS | | The legislation this year from the arenas of conservativism are being presented with great passion as our national outlook appears to be in peril.

BENAM BROTHERS ROD DREHER SAMUEL BLUMENFELD ALEX NEWMAN | Was this newsletter forwarded by a friend?
Sign up to get your own copy. | BOB LINN The Party of Lincoln | Former Governor Frank Keating has pointed out to me on a number of occasions that the Party of Lincoln needs to finish what Lincoln began. The former Governor makes these statements referring to the state of education in the inner city.
Lincoln gave American slaves their freedom. Republicans continued to fight to make that freedom complete well after the War of the States ended.
Against stiff resistance by Democrats, Republicans pushed through Civil Rights legislation.
There remains substantial work to undo the racial oppression of the Democrat Party. The economic bondage to poverty inherent in the welfare cliff and the incentives to dissolve family bonds, both set in motion by the Democrats under LBJ, still need to be undone. | Lincoln set the slaves free in the 19th century. We need to finish what the party of Lincoln began by finishing the work now in the 21st century.
Inner-city children need to be set free from the grossly under-performing institutions we force them to attend.
Public education is cheating our children and especially minority children.
In the Oklahoma City Public School District there were a total of 40 schools receiving an F from the last school report card for 2018-2019. That means there were 16,661 children subjected to not just below standard but the very worst educational experience. | Nearly 70 percent of the households they come from are listed as economically disadvantaged which is politically correct language for poor.
So, here is a child from a poor home who is already at a disadvantage. The child is now trapped in a school that is getting an F!!! And their parents are too poor to be able to have the private school option to escape this catastrophe.
Blacks and Hispanics make up 78% of these poor children.
Of the 45,863 kids in F grade schools state-wide, 30,662 are in either the Oklahoma City Public School system and the Tulsa Public School system. Approximately 2/3rds of the 45,863 are Hispanic or Black. Over 2/3rd are from Economically Disadvantaged homes.
If you are a Democrat or a liberal--and almost every one of these children lives in a Democrat controlled State House district---why have you not confronted the public-school establishment? Why have you not helped conservatives pass school choice where the money follows the child so these precious children can attend private schools? | Real conservatives have always been about Equal Opportunity for EVERYONE.
Denying these children the opportunity to excel in life by dooming them to an F grade education is real discrimination. Socio-economic but you cannot deny the data that says it has a strong racial component. Where is BLM? Where are the black and Hispanic community activists?
We can change this data overnight with a real money follows the child program for economically disadvantaged children. Every one of us in society benefits when every child has the chance to reach their maximum potential. | There is Republican leadership in the House that is ready to help these kids. It is very determined leadership.
Over the past year, Steve Anderson and I have worked on legislation to address this issue. Come to OCPAC's Wednesday luncheon to hear Floor leader Jon Echols tell us where our legislation is headed.
George Orwell wrote in Nineteen Eighty-Four:
"In the long run, a hierarchical society was only possible on a basis of poverty and ignorance." | I'll see you this Wednesday! | To Every American from SAMUEL ADAMS
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace.
We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

STEVE ANDERSON On the Office of State Auditor and the Department of Health | Steve Anderson provided a very comprehensive and in depth look into Oklahoma's bureaucracies. Steve reviewed the history of scandal in the Oklahoma State Department of Health including the ghost employees on the OSDH payroll.
He also revealed a communiqué from SA&I General Council, Mick Dodson on January 15, 2021. Mr. Dodson told Bob Linn in the email:
"And, simply FYI, our office now has a policy to 'charge for the direct cost of preparing records when requests cause excessive disruption of the Office's essential functions', and '[t]he charges will be based on the hourly billing rates of employees preparing the records.' (As you now know, our office does not have staff that exclusively responds to records requests, so billable work is disrupted, so we realized that it is better for all of us state taxpayers if our office started recovering such costs from requestors.)"
One can only infer that this is an intimidation technique designed to restrict access to PUBLIC RECORDS by creating a financial barrier. Everything we have asked for is records that are by law required to be made available to the public.
Steve asks ...
"Who is actually watching out for the citizens of Oklahoma?"
Steve begins speaking at just past the 7 minute mark _____________________ | ALSO LAST WEEK JOHN EIDSMOE Constitutional Expert | John Eidsmoe spoke to us by video link from his office in Alabama. He discussed options for states to protect their constitutional positions.
Joining was state Senator Rob Standridge.
There is now much legislation in process in Oklahoma and many other states. Texas has actually won a lawsuit against the Biden Administration to halt his deportation freeze. A number of other states have stated they will stand against unconstitutional edicts.
Lawmakers are working to protect the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution's inherent Federal covenant with the states. At this Wednesday's OCPAC luncheon, Jon Echols will provide a briefing on what is being proposed in the Oklahoma legislature.
Watch John's portion of the meeting here. John begins at the 36 minute, 42 second mark. | WEEKLY BRIEF Curtis Bowers | This week, Curtis Bowers noted in his weekly video that we are witnessing the coming to life of George Orwell's novel, 1984. Orwell spoke of a society where truth was a lie and lies were truth.
Curtis spoke of the goal of Democrat leadership to undermine the United States through promoting their many policies including fostering immorality. They know that an immoral people cannot sustain liberty.
In the video link below, Curtis Bowers details a number of the policies we see being proposed and their intended consequences as they seek to destroy America and create a one world government.
He observed that we are not out of time to stop this, and assures us that "sober times produce sober people."
He spoke of the despair that many experienced in England during the dark days surrounding WWII and the expansion of Adolf Hitler. Winston Churchill said:
“Do not let us speak of darker days; let us speak rather of sterner days. These are not dark days: these are great days—the greatest days our country has ever lived; and we must all thank God that we have been allowed, each of us according to our stations, to play a part in making these days memorable in the history of our race.” | There is much to be encouraged about in Agenda Weekly as well.

| A Review of WILLIAM J. FEDERER'S American Minute | THE ROAD NOT TAKEN Robert Frost with comments by Bob Linn | The American public has wandered onto what the writer of the first Psalm called the path of the wicked. And so, we stand now at the equivalent of Julius Caesar's crossing of the Rubicon River in 49 B.C. We must very quickly choose how we will order our lives in the face of impending tyranny.
Last week, Bill Federer brought to his reader's attention the poetry of Robert Frost. He highlighted Frost's most famous work, The Road Less Travelled. I thought our readers would enjoy his mastery of verbal imagery in a poem appropriate for this hour of decision. | "Two roads diverged in a yellow wood And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same. | And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference." | Robert Frost was recipient of four Pulitzer prizes and received over 40 honorary degrees. He wrote The Road Not Taken in 1951. | Governor Kevin Stitt will cast his vision for Oklahoma today at 12:30 P.M. | STATE AUDITOR STILL SEMI-RESPONSIVE 70 Days Since Filing by Bob Linn | Seventy days ago (Monday, November 23), I filed an Oklahoma Open Records Request in the Oklahoma State Auditor's office requesting that specific public information from the State Auditor's office be made available to me for my review. THAT REQUEST REMAINS LARGELY UNFULFILLED | Two weeks ago, a bit more than 50 days later, I received a partial response.
I was also told that I will be charged attorney's fees from here on in if I want to look further into the public records.
SA&I General Council, Mick Dodson, wrote to me that, " ... our office now has a policy to charge for the direct cost of preparing records when requests cause excessive disruption of the office's essential functions ... the charges will be based on the hourly billing rates of the employees preparing the records."
This new policy suggests to me that the auditor's previous posturing of being a fully transparent agency may not, in fact, be accurate. At least, the agency may have lost an interest in being fully cooperative and transparent by making its public records available to me without a price tag attached.
I wonder how many of Oklahoma's citizens have walked away with unfulfilled requests because they did not want to combat intimidation or financial threats.
Watch last Wednesday's OCPAC video for more on my search for truth from this state agency. Steve Anderson unveiled what we now know. Steve is the subject matter expert advising me in my struggle to have these public records made available.
Steve begins speaking at just past the 7 minute mark

Speech #5 Just Justice, Generous Love: Seeking Shalom for a Fallen and Suffering World | PRIOR WEEK ENTRIES of Continued Importance ENEMIES WITHIN THE CHURCH By Bob Linn | Pastor Cary Gordon narrates this soon-to-be-released film exposing the Marxist infiltration into America's churches, seminaries, and Christian missionary movements.
Those involved in the film include Trevor Loudon and Curtis Bowers. | This film exposes shocking developments throughout the entire breadth of 21st century Christendom. Protestants, Catholics, and the Orthodox church have been infiltrated. Our beloved evangelistic organizations have seen wolves in sheep's clothing rise to the very top.
The head of the Russian Orthodox church is a KGB agent. The Pope is a Marxist. The evangelical church has been deeply penetrated. That penetration goes to the very top of institutions we thought were rock solid. This includes the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), the Southern Baptist Church, the former Campus Crusade for Christ (now, CRU), and many others.
The evidence is iron clad. I was on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ and worked with founder and President, Dr. Bill Bright. Sadly, I have been made aware that Marxist concepts have become pervasive at their national conferences over the past few years. It is both clear and stunning. Marxist language is now a part of their programs on campuses throughout the nation.
I've also spent many years in the Southern Baptist Church. In addition, my wife and I founded a PCA church in our living room many years ago. In spite of my close relationship with all these institutions, the evidence of their fall from Godliness is overwhelming.
In the near future, I plan to focus on the developments within the organization I once knew as Campus Crusade for Christ.
It is important to expose these enemies who have crept into Christendom. These have entered our Christian institutions in an effort to destroy the Church. The "gospel" they promote will bear no fruit. Marxist ideology mixed with Bible verses will produce neither salvation nor the health, peace, and prosperity of civilizations.
Marxist concepts like social justice, critical race theory and the myths inherent in the concept of "white privilege" are ungodly, contrary to all of the Scriptures, and represent evil and destructive weapons designed to destroy the church, the family, and societies. They are drenched in narcissism and hatred.
These ideas, now permeating most of our seminaries and academic institutions (beginning in elementary school), will soon destroy the nation if we do not expose them for the evil they represent. | PLEASE HELP US FINISH THIS PROJECT BY CONTRIBUTING HERE.
$40,000 is needed to complete the film. Consider the opportunity prayerfully.
Thanks!
