| | This Wednesday's OCPAC Meeting September 18, 2019 | | In Person and... Live on Blue Moose TV & Facebook Eddie Huff Socialism | | Our Speaker this Wednesday will be Eddie Huff from Tulsa. Mr Huff was born in Germany, the son of a US soldier. His mother was German. The family moved to Philadelphia when he was 7 where he grew up in the projects.
Shortly after obtaining his first college degree he submitted his life to the Lordship of Jesus. After attending seminary he and his wife served as missionaries for several years across Africa, Europe and Asia with the organization YWAM (Youth With A Mission).
Today Mr. Huff operates a financial services business in Tulsa. He was the co-host on the very popular Pat Campbell radio show for six years. He still fills in for Pat from time to time as well as a nationally syndicated host from another state.
Mr. Huff will be speaking from first hand experience about communism and socialism. Book Recommendations | | The Capture of the Three Robes by Charlie Meadows | Bob Linn spent much of the week in Colorado and OCPAC founder and president emeritus was asked to comment on the importance of this week's meeting.
Wednesday's speaker, Eddie Huff, will be speaking from first-hand experience about communism and socialism. I know it may seem like we spend a lot of time with programs about socialism but it is one of the major threats of our day. | Part of the international communist conspiracy to bring America down as proposed by Antonio Gramsci, the greatest communist strategist of all times, could best be described as the capturing of the robes. Throughout history robes have represented authority. The three robes Gramsci targeted were academia, the clergy and the judiciary.

| POLITICAL MINUTE Steve Anderson Incentives Matter | Incentives Matter: Putting them in the right place gets the right results
Hungary undertook a dramatic approach in 2010. The government realized that improper incentives, combined with real world situations had created cultural decline. Prior government programs had resulted in a dangerous slide in marriages, children born into two parent families and increasing abortions. Sound familiar?
Hungary decided not to let that path continue. The government began an aggressive campaign to correct these social ills. They incentivized marriage and family with additional tax benefits. This included unique benefits to mothers carrying the unborn. Beginning at the 91st day of pregnancy, the family started receiving government benefits. What were the outcomes as of the latest full year data available from the Hungary? | Now, many of these benefits do not fit our societal and fiscal structure. BUT, they provide guidance in how we should approach the process of changing the downward spiral which is breaking up two-parent families in this country.
OCPAC leadership will be unveiling a series of proposed reforms over the next few months. These initiatives will lead up to the next legislative session and will provide members constructive ideas to consider.
