It is the poison of human and societal development. Multiculturalism is born from the religion of secularism and the idea that the mankind determines the present and the future with no divine guidance.
Multiculturalism has, through the writing of Howard Zinn and others, served to shape the memory of the past as well. Under their influence, history has become the fairy tale of the political left. | | This is where Barack Obama led us when he proudly declared we are no longer a Christian nation. It is the boast of Cultural Marxists the world over who pursue the secular eschatology of Karl Marx. Theirs is a future without God, Christ, Christianity, or a moral code based on God’s law.
This is, for Marx (1818-1883), Feuerbach (1804-1872), and Marcuse (1898-1979), the fundamental cultural war that must be won in order for mankind to achieve the vision of complete human autonomy and the imagined paradise which lies at the end.
As Dr. Piper will explain below, we have on Texas soil the potential of another national voice who will advocate all the above. These are people want to emulate the Cultural Revolution Xi Van Fleet experienced personally in China. | | In the January 22, 2024 OCPAC Foundation Newsletter, I quoted from the closing pages of Xi Van Fleet’s book Mao’s America:
Religious diversity or religious pluralism is just code for the real goal, which is to exclude Christianity from the club. This is done by proclaiming Christianity as one of the many religions worldwide – nothing special – and trying to convince others that its traditional role as the foundation of Western civilization should be rejected.
Obama wanted us to believe that America was created through the forces of multiculturalism and religious pluralism. Not true. He wants us to forget that America was founded exclusively on Christian principles and values. Individual liberty and natural rights are rooted in Christianity, certainly not Islam or Buddhism.
The sad part is that new arrivals are finding a twenty-first century America that in many ways has lost its way in terms of its once staunch faith-based spirituality and Christian conviction.
Communism’s influential long-arm reach has made tremendous strides in knocking this country off its Christian bearings and damaging the moral compass.
Barack Obama preached post-Christian multiculturalism in the pursuit of his quest to diminish the status of America in the field of global politics. His political brand diminished the political and cultural meaning of America. | | All this in spite of the fact that Christianity did what multiculturalism could not do in either Europe or in the Americas. Christianity brought freedom to all of mankind’s ethnic groups. It was Christianity, not multiculturalism, that launched a lethal blow to the slave industry.
This is a reality discussed at length by the brilliant African American intellectual, Thomas Sowell. What has been established is a society in which all ethnicity’s are able to compete with equal opportunity while not being guaranteed equality in outcome. | | Former Oklahoma Speaker of the House, TW Shannon, (one of our speakers this Wednesday) waxes eloquent on this point as he defends the Christian foundations of capitalism, the Constitution, and the American Republic.
The real target of multiculturalism, as Xi Van Fleet so eloquently has pointed out, is not “whiteness” but the Christian culture America has inherited from the West. As England’s Dr. Joseph Boot points out, “The mindset of any nation is not a “racial” inheritance but a product of religion, and the culture that such a religion produces.”
The anti-American, anti-Western and anti-Christian threat from Texas Senate candidate James Talarico’s most lethal weapon is his advocacy for what Carl Trueman called the Rise and Triumph of Modern Self.
Dr. Trueman wrote the book in search of the answer for how it has become considered coherent and meaningful to say, "I am a woman trapped in a man's body." | | Gabriele Kuby understands the centrality of untethered sexual morality as the road to destruction in a society. She wrote in her book, The Global Sexual Revolution:
“As sex goes, so goes the family; as the family goes, so goes society. If this model [lifelong marriage and family] is undermined through constant mass sexualization and a hollowing-out and distorting of the concept of marriage and family, then the foundation on which culture rests is destroyed.”
“Modern and post-modern man have emancipated themselves – from God, from nature, from family, from tradition – woman from man, children from parents and individuals from themselves as man or woman. They stand naked, restrained by nothing and defined by nothing other than their own wishes, desires, and drives.” | | The Sexual Revolution and its transgenderism is a form of transhumanism. It is a farcical refusal to conform to created reality. Transhumanism is the religion of atheistic materialism in which man seeks to become a god and to remake himself in a new image.
That the cosmos emanates from the breath of God tells us that what we are seeing from the transhuman sexual revolution is a political myth hypothesized in order to replace Christ as King by eviscerating Christianity from our cultural foundations.

THE WASHINGTON TIMES JAMES TALARICO: OBAMA 2.0 | | TAKE THIS TO THE BANK!!!
James Talarico is 36 years old. He now serves in the Texas State House of Representatives. This past Tuesday, he defeated Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett in the Democrat primary for the Texas Senate seat.
If Mr. Talarico wins in the November general election, here’s a prediction you can take to the bank. In 2028, this freshly minted senator will be a featured speaker at the Democrat National Convention, and in just a handful of months thereafter, he will announce his candidacy for the presidency of the United States. | | If you have an eerie sense of de-ja-vu, that you’ve already seen this movie, heard this song, and read this book, you should.
James Talarico is young. He was raised by a single mom. He is an “articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy" (to quote what Joe Biden once said about another relatively unknown upstart). Talarico presents his ideas in soft, calculated, and melodic tones.
My goodness, if you close your eyes and listen to him talk, you’d swear you’re listening to the great “Deporter-in-Chief” himself.
James Talarico is essentially Obama 2.0 | | In addition to age, family background, and communication style, there is another striking similarity between Mr. Talarico and his Manchurian precursor. James Talarico, while claiming to be a biblical Christian, really is not.
Here are just a few of the heretical statements Mr. Talarico has made in recent days.
First, he argues that because Jesus is silent on the issue of modern-day abortion, he is, therefore, in favor of it, and conservative Christians are wrong to argue otherwise. Aside from this being a quintessential example of a fallacious “argument from silence,” it is simply not true. | | All orthodox Christians hold that Jesus is the second person of the triune God. And all true followers of Christ understand that, as God, Jesus communicates not only through what is recorded in the four gospels, but through the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
In other words, all of Scripture is the word of God and the God who tells us in Matthew that “it would be better to have a millstone tied around your neck and be cast into the sea than to harm a little child,” is the same God who tells us in Genisis that he will “demand an accounting for the life of every human being” because he has made every man, woman and child “in His image.”
Claiming that Jesus is silent on murdering babies is nonsense. It is unbiblical, it’s unchristian, and it is simply wrong. | | Second, Mr. Talarico says that the story of the Annunciation (as recorded in the Gospel of Luke) describes Mary’s “consent” and, therefore, is a moral template for all women having the choice to keep or abort any child resulting from such a consensual act.
Sidebar: Did he just suggest that the Miraculous Conception and subsequent Virgin Birth is evidence of consensual sex between God and the mother of Christ?
Oh my! Not only is this terrible hermeneutics, but it is blatant heresy that all Christians of whatever denominational stripe should condemn. | | Third, Talarico is a proponent of religious pluralism, and as such, he argues that all paths that lead to the same summit and the same God and that all good people will end up at the same place singing Kumbaya to a savior that looks a lot more like themselves than the Biblical Christ.
Such theology flies directly in the face of something that even Talarico can’t deny that Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life, and NO ONE (emphasis mine) comes to the Father but by me.” Fourth, Mr. Talarico is a proponent of sexual nihilism and everything LGBTQIA, to the extent that he has even declared that “God is nonbinary,” and, thus, suggests that Creator of the Universe is somehow trans. | | The list of unbiblical ideas goes on and on and on. In addition to disparaging the Gospel, butchering the Bible, and deconstructing the basics of the Christian faith, James Talarico is a student of the Frankfurt School and, thus, he is more a disciple of Max Horkheimer, Theodor Adorno, and Herbert Marcuse more than he is a follower of Christ.
He believes in Critical Theory, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Liberation Theology. He argues for open immigration, economic redistribution, and reverse discrimination.\
Put simply, Mr. Talarico is more aligned with the worldview of Karl Marx than with that of Peter, Paul, James, John, and even Jesus. | | James Talarico is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and we ignore him at our peril. As I said above, this is a de-ja-vu moment.
We’ve been here before.
If you feel as if you’re listening to another upstart politician who goes to church and quotes Jesus precociously tell you he’s going to “fundamentally transform” America, you’re right.
