This Wednesday's OCPAC Foundation luncheon will feature the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Oklahoma Opportunity Scholarship Fund (OSF). She will discuss the legislation which has resulted in developing pathways to enable increasing numbers of Oklahoma children to go to a school where they are not taught illicit sex, evolution, racism, and anti-American (Marxist) political ideology.
In 2011, the Oklahoma Legislature passed the Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act. It was a bill which originated in the Oklahoma Senate (SB 407) granting tax credits to both individuals and corporations who would make donations to a qualified educational organization.
The OSF was founded in 2014 and is the largest such qualified organization in the state. The mission of the organization is to provide a financial bridge to Oklahoma families who lack the means to give their children the best, safest, and spiritually oriented education. |  | | A number of those in leadership in the Opportunity Scholarship Fund, including those pictured above, have been speakers for OCPAC. They work to insure that the program flourishes.
Brandon Dutcher will be a part of the the OSF team this Wednesday. He will discuss the way in which the organization provides a point of action for our conservative and Christian values.

Governments able to use mechanisms to steer the majority of children into the educational institutions which they control have established a political tyranny. In time, the tyranny morphs from one with a smiling face to one bearing more of a resemblance to Goethe’s Mephistopheles. It was Mephistopheles, the Satanic character in Goethe’s Faust, that Marx so loved to quote. | | The face of American tyranny has already scowled on its people and assaulted Christian bakers, florists, teachers, professors, praying football coaches, and corporate heads who are not woke.
The left has made public its doctrine of life on earth.
It includes the casting of aspersions on the concept of family as they war against the culture and civilization we have come to enjoy in the West.

In the same year that our founders wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence, an obscure academic named Adam Weishaupt, began to penetrate the political high places in Europe with his Bavarian Order of the Illuminati. | | From manuscripts in German, French, and Italian, scholars have determined that, among the goals of the society was “The abolition of the family (i.e., marriage and all morality, and the institution of the communal education of children).”

We have a multitude of Scriptural promises that assure us that even the loud and seemingly universal voices of evil will, in the words of King David, “fade like the grass and wither.” (Psalm 37) | | One great moment of history dawned on one of the darkest hours the People of God have endured.
We read in the book of Esther that Haman, an anti-Christ figure, had deftly secured orders from the King of Persia to eliminate the entire population of God’s people.
As the sun set over this traumatic episode, it was the evil Haman who was hung on the very gallows he had designed for Mordecai, the leader of God’s people. We also now know that the people of God were not only spared, but were instead highly honored, and, like Haman, their enemies were put to death.
This period of history finds its consummation with Mordecai sitting at the king’s right hand ruling all 127 provinces of the great Persia Empire. | | This ancient period ends with a glimpse of the church in victory just prior to the 400 years of silence which led to the incarnation of Christ in Bethlehem.
It was the incarnation which would restore the people of God and point us again to Eden. In that way, it emulates the close of the book of Genesis, which leaves God’s people at the helm in Egypt just prior to the 400 silent years that gave birth to the momentarily persecuted, and soon to be victorious, church we read of in the book of Exodus.
We must not allow the present cultural cloak of evil to intimidate. Nor should we allow the shadow of the wicked to create the false impression that evil will long endure.
We find in Genesis 3:15 the promise that all evil on the earth will end.
It is incumbent on the people of God to continue to think with the Biblical truth which defines the very cosmos in which we live. It is the point of the second Psalm and the reason we must commit the first Psalm to memory! | | I learned this week that the O.U. Children’s Hospital announced on its website that they are designated an LGBTQ Healthcare Equality Leader.
More than that, the website states they are a participant in the Roy G. Biv program, a radical program which OCPAC Foundation chairman Wade Burleson will speak about in his comments which follow. Once on the website, you will learn that the “hospital” helps arrange gender-altering surgeries and hormone injections.

Some of those children who are butchered under the auspices of their parents, medical professionals, and hospitals will one day grow into adulthood. A few of them will then understand the irreversible and tragic consequences of their gender-altering surgeries. Lawsuits will be filed against those who led them as children down this path to destruction.
These will be lawsuits grounded in true forms of social justice seeking retribution for the child abuse resulting from the false presuppositions of political correctness. This will be a social justice which seeks to call adults to account for their role in the devastating mutilations of thousands of children.

The left tells you that one’s gender is a mental choice, not a biological fact. This distortion of Natural Law is a modern absurdity. Medical, psychiatric, and educational professionals in Western Civilization have historically called confusion about one’s gender a pathological mental and emotional illness. All of us have pathogens in our lives. The cure for our diseases is not a celebration, affirmation, or participation of others in them, but a process of healing through love and truth.
The biological truth is a boy is a boy and a girl is a girl, and no butchering of biological organs by medical doctors changes the biological truth. | | But OU Children’s Medical Center has made a decision to remove healthy organs of children to affirm and celebrate the pathological mental struggles of their patients.
OU Children’s has created the Roy B. Giv Clinic for Sexual and Gender Development and is planning to facilitate surgeries on children to remove healthy penises and create fake vaginas and to create fake penises and close healthy vaginas.
Removing healthy organs to affirm a pathological mental condition of a young child (or the child’s parents) is a violation of Natural Law and the Hippocratic Oath (e.g. do no harm), and seems to be the epitome of child abuse. | | The OU Roy G Biv Clinic treats children as young as ten years of age.
Roy G Biv is an acronym for the colors of the rainbow, the symbol of transexual activism.
Doctors and administrators at OU are physically scarring young children due to a leftist agenda.

The United Kingdom has ordered its gender-affirming clinic, Tavistock, to close by 2023. | | Over one thousand families have filed lawsuits against the clinic and its surgeons alleging harm brought to their children through these life-altering gender surgeries.
Tennessee lawmakers are investigating Vanderbilt’s Gender Affirming clinic after a medical doctor explained the financial benefits of performing gender surgeries. |  | | According to The Daily Wire, mutilations of healthy organs occur because of the money involved:
“It’s a lot of money,” VUMC Clinic for Transgender Health’s Dr. Shayne Sebold Taylor, who works with adult patients, said at one Medicine Grand Rounds lecture, video reveals. “These surgeries make a lot of money.”
Taylor noted that a “chest reconstruction” can bring in $40,000 per patient, and someone “just on routine hormone treatment, who I’m only seeing a few times a year, can bring in several thousand dollars … and actually makes money for the hospital.”
Citing the Philadelphia Center for Transgender Surgery, Taylor said vaginoplasty surgeries can generate $20,000, gushing that it “has to be an underestimate,” since hospital stay, anesthesia, post-op visits, and other add-ons are not included in the total.
“And the female-to-male bottom surgeries, these are huge money makers,” the doctor continued, adding that such surgeries could bring in “up to $100,000” for the hospital.
Some clinics are “entirely supported” financially by such phalloplasty surgeries, she said.
“These surgeries are labor intensive, there are a lot of follow-ups, they require a lot of our time, and they make money,” she emphasized. “They make money for the hospital.” |  | | OKLAHOMA and ARPA Money
This week, the Oklahoma legislature will vote on distributing 1.8 BILLION dollars of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. This is allegedly “COVID” money.
OU Children’s Hospital has requested 46.9 MILLION dollars of this money in the name of “Mental Health.”
OCPAC Foundation is doing what we can to ensure that the doctors and administrators of the ROY G. BIV Clinic for Sexual and Gender Development does not receive ONE DIME of ARPA money under the guise of “mental health.”
OCPAC Foundation is doing what we can to ensure children in Oklahoma do not have their healthy organs mutilated by doctors who desire cash to fund their clinics.

It was a great success with many in attendance for this first annual event. Charles McCall, Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives provided a great perspective of life under the dome.
