A.J. Ferate is one of the attorneys we have an association with. He does not serve on any of our boards.
A.J. Ferate is simply filing the federal and state paperwork required to establish OCPAC Foundation’s 501 (c) (3).
A.J. became a bit of a national hero when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in his favor and praying coach Joe Kennedy was restored to full employment at Bremerton High School in the state of Washington.
He has been extraordinarily accommodating in every way in helping to make this transition possible.
OCPAC FOUNDATION is building on 23 years of advocacy for the application of constitutional principles in the marketplace of public affairs. The global enemies of freedom and family have enveloped the 21st century world in an unprecedented show of strength. | | The bedrock of Christendom forged the pathways of Western Civilization and brought the Puritans to the American shore.
Our founders included many great intellectuals who crafted the American Declaration of Independence.
The assault on Christianity is at the core of all that threatens the future of America and the welfare of mankind on the earth. | In 2022, CPAC brought to our shores the Prime Minister of Hungary, Victor Orbán. The Prime Minister knows well the devastation wrought in Europe due to its rejection of Christianity as the prime pillar of society. | | In 2012, Orbán warned European leaders that “The European crisis has not come by chance but by the carelessness and neglect of their responsibilities by leaders who have questioned precisely those Christian roots.”
Political philosopher and former president of the Italian Senate, Marcello Pera, said that “The apostacy of Christianity is exposing the entire West to the risk of a grave cultural and political crisis, and perhaps even to a collapse of civilization.” |  | | America’s cultural and economic collapse is a product of the moral and spiritual collapse which went before. Like Europe, we have abandoned our Christianity and excluded God from the public square.
The sexual content of Oklahoma’s classrooms would have landed administrators and teachers in jail in our better days.
The founders of the American Republic would have considered the National Education Association (NEA) and its Oklahoma affiliate, the OEA, criminal organizations for their advocacy of training children to engage in a wide variety of sexual experiments not even appropriate for the marriage bed. |  | | Our educational institutions from kindergarten to the university have been overtaken by the Marxist, anti-American and anti-Christian rhetoric designed to reduce the cultural foundations of our republic to rubble.
Our business community is under the assault of a well-organized and rapidly growing movement to institute Communist China’s control strategy called Environmental Social Corporate governance called ESG. One international group I do business with is asking me to sign such an agreement. Something, of course, I will not do!

As ordinary men and women, we must ask God to work through us to accomplish the extraordinary knowing that the inhuman and ungodly ideals of Marxism are destined for the ash heap of history. | | We are in desperate need of returning our nation and our state to Biblical foundations.
