DR. DOUGLAS FRANK ELECTION INTEGRITY
Are Oklahoma's Elections Fair & Secure? | | Dr. Douglas G. Frank earned his PhD in Electrochemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
His career as a world renowned scientist and inventor has lead him to publish more than 60 peer-reviewed scientific reports, including feature and cover articles in leading scientific journals including Science, Nature, Naturwissenschaften.
He put his business on hold for the past year to focus on his hobby: he has spent the past 40 years modeling and predicting election outcomes.
After the November 2020 election, he was called to look at a particular race in Pennsylvania and what he found astonished him.
Not only were 97.9% eligible voters registered to vote but he also discovered that the outcome of the election was decided in advance at the state level and controlled at the county level.
Believing that the elections in his home state of Ohio were fair, he performed the same calculations and uncovered the same issues in Ohio.
Then he calculated the outcomes in EVERY state by determining the key used in that state, and within minutes he was able to determine the outcome of the election for every county in that state. And in every state, including Oklahoma.
None of this is normal!
Are Oklahoma's elections fair and secure? Are they manipulated by computer algorithms?

TEXT "join" to (405) 351-1156 | BOB LINN Foundations Don't Secure the Future | This week’s speaker brought to mind the article Senator James Lankford submitted to the OCPAC newsletter published on Monday, November 16, 2020. It was titled, “The 2020 presidential election is NOT resolved.” Read it here.
In it, Senator Lankford stated that, “I stand firmly and vocally behind President Trump in his court challenges …Voters in other states who have been dead for years, suddenly registered and voted …” | Many of us struggled to match these sentiments with the actions of January 6.
Without election integrity, America will soon reap the same harvest as have citizens of Cuba, Venezuela, and other banana republics. Banana republics are ruled by men who, like Nietzche, self-identify as God. Life under the political tyranny of a narcissistic sociopath is, as men like Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, and Mao have demonstrated, Hell on earth.
Among the weaknesses of American society is the perception that nothing like China or Russia could happen on American soil. As if the culture of freedom and decency which grew out of our Puritan foundations is unshakable no matter who we as a people have become. | As an Indiana farm boy who earned his college degree from Indiana University in the heyday of Bob Knight and Hoosier basketball greatness, I can attest that it is not the donning of the I.U. jersey that produced an undefeated team and won three national championships.
Since Coach Knight’s departure, my alma mater’s greatest achievements have been some scattered conference championships but no national greatness.
More regrettable than the demise of Indiana basketball is the demise of the American culture. The U.S. Congress has before it a bill mandating the tenants of Cultural Marxism be taught in schools all across America. Read about “Action Civics” and the “Civics Secures Democracy Act” here.
And, it has hit us in our own back yard.
The University of Oklahoma is now defined by its Marxist agenda. Our public schools showcase sexually explicit materials for the sexual grooming of our elementary school students.
As evidenced by last week's defeat of SB 1647 (money follows the child not the institution), the superintendent unions control our state legislature to guarantee that none of this will change.

These books are the fruits of secularism.
Secularism is not a neutral ideology. It presumes that epistemological foundations are the product of human reason. This is precisely what Satan said to our first parents in Eden. Like so many of their offspring, Nietzche included, the world has since known a bent toward the narcissism that the idea presents.
It leads to moral decay and cultural filth as the display of books above illustrates.
As was confessed by the world’s leading philosophers in the Vienna Circle, epistemological foundations are impossible to find in the realm of secular thought.
Only those whose ultimate presupposition is that the Bible is the Word of God (as our first parents thought before they met the Serpent) are able to stand on intellectual bedrock. | Emil Brunner, in his preface to his 1947 Gifford Lectures at St Andrews University, states, “only Christianity is capable of furnishing the basis of a civilization which can rightly be described as human.”
Man is, by divine design, a cultural creature with a written mandate to replenish and subdue the earth. Man possesses a cultural urge to rule because we bear the image of our Creator who is Ruler of heaven and earth.
Parents and the institutions which educate their children must instill this in our youth with the understanding that we bear the responsibility to rule the earth as His vice-regents, not as the servants of Hegel’s pantheistic, self-deified, and ever-morphing governments.
We need all of Oklahoma’s Christian patriots in OCPAC, City Elders, OK2A, OKHPR, OKCRW, the Helen Cole Women’s GOP, the Frederick Douglas Society, and others to continue to work to return us to our foundational ideals.
This is, by the way, predicated on election integrity!

Each of these three words have been newly defined by cultural Marxist’s to promote their egalitarian platform.
No one is better prepared than Dr. Robert Reynolds to join two of OCPAC's favorites, Governor Frank Keating, and Rick Nagel as an O.U. Regent.
Dr. Reynolds will bring to the university depth of knowledge regarding the Marxist elements in Critical Race Theory.

FORMER CFO of HEALTH DEPARTMENT | We finally got to the bottom of some very interesting facts about the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) when the former CFO, Mike Romero, spoke at this week’s OCPAC meeting.
What was so remarkable was that I was never aware that the State Auditor himself (Gary Jones) informed the public that after his investigation of the $30 Million dollar scandal, at various points in time the $380 Million dollar OSDH annual budget was reduced to only $2 Million dollars to fund its entire operation.
It was shocking to hear this from the May 17, 2018 press conference with Attorney General Mike Hunter. Especially after we had all been led to believe that there was always plenty of money and that the former CFO (Mike Romero) had it all wrong.
As we learned from Mike Romero’s presentation, at that time the OSDH had a $6 Million dollar payroll burden every two weeks. A shameful position for an agency that is one of our largest state employers.
We also learned from that same press conference that the former State Auditor believed the OSDH finances had been “messed up for decades” and that they started overspending their budget back in 2013. Also, that in 2016 they had an overspent budget by $16 Million dollars.
People have incorrectly told me that we can only find things like this out when the Governor asks for a “special” audit, but we also learned that regular audits of the state’s finances happen each year and the OSDH has been a part of each of those audits.
What was most concerning was the fact that previous audits never foresaw any trouble, but led the public to believe that all of the finances were very healthy.
For a welcome change, we also received a very important internal OSDH/State Auditor document. It revealed that during the regular annual OSDH audit, the former CFO went privately to the State Auditor with a list of financial concerns about the OSDH that were later verified in the investigations.
Above all that, we learned that there are specific auditing channels and regulations that would have required the State Auditor to address those concerns during that specific audit.
Instead, we as taxpayers were fed the costs and dumpster fires of a special audit and a grand jury proceeding which again told us all was well and under control all the time. Both investigations now appear to have been launched as a distraction from the real issues--why was the State Auditor letting serious financial errors go on for years and why didn’t he address them when properly warned during the regular audit?
We only heard Cyndy Byrd’s name one time in the presentation—just as the State Auditor. However, the mismanagement of funds, such as the Ryan White HIV/AIDS funds, and the numerous accounting failures submitted to the State Auditor by the former CFO (Romero) were reported by Gary Jones in his 2017 Audit. That audit required serious corrective actions.
While we do not know at what level the corrective actions were followed up on by the succeeding State Auditor (Cyndy Byrd), in the following year’s audit she again reported on the Ryan White Fund misuse—a misuse that appears to have been a sizeable amount.
Her audit told us the following about the size of the Ryan White Rebate Program (problems with programs of this size should concern all of us): “These rebates are not considered federal expenditures however they must be restricted and spent in accordance with applicable federal grant requirements. After considering these drug rebates, the Oklahoma State Department of Health expended $20,318,535 during 2018 for this program.”
So, what has been done? Has the OSDH financial mismanagement been resolved? Has the State Auditor’s Office ever determined why the previous audits never revealed the malfeasance or how the audits were conducted? A lot more investigation needs to be done, not just of the OSDH, but of the investigators themselves.
