He is alarmed by the socialist insurgence into American culture and for that reason, he has tossed his hat in the ring as a candidate for Oklahoma's 5th Congressional District. Book Recommendations | | Socialism The Ruin of Nations by Bob Linn | Nations are like people. They possess moral, cultural, and social distinctives. They, like people, are under the watchful eye of our Creator and subject to His judgements.
In 1992, 27 year-old Curtis Bowers heard about a meeting of the Communist Party in California. He was curious to hear what they had to say about the removal of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union. | Expecting to be among radical young college students, the meeting instead was made up of people between 50 and 70 professionally dressed with briefcases.
They had a three-part agenda which appeared to be quite fanciful. Here are the notes Curtis Bowers took at the meeting almost 30 years ago regarding the goals of the Communist Party to complete their effort to destroy America:
“Firstly, to destroy the family, they would promote co-habitation instead of marriage. They would also try to get children away from their mothers into government programs at the earliest age possible.
They felt the best way to do this was to promote the feminist movement, which had been very effective at making women discontent with marriage and motherhood." | "Secondly, to destroy businesses, they aimed to wipe out the profit potential that motivated people to start them. If people couldn’t make good money off their ideas and hard work, they would eventually be content working for someone else.
They were sure the environmental movement (modest at the time) was the only vehicle capable of creating enough regulation and expense to discourage business growth." | "Finally, to destroy our culture, they needed us to abandon our heritage of religion and morality. They believed the homosexual movement, if accepted, would begin to effectively extinguish these values. | At the time they laid out this strategy, I wasn’t overly impressed. It seemed very unrealistic and certainly not something to worry about in my lifetime. Yet as I sit in my office, recall their plan and consider where America is today, I am shocked.”

Like the people of Italy, Russia, Venezuela, and many others, America too is capable of allowing a tyrant to arise under the banner of Communism.
Since Benito Mussolini’s Italy, the Italian people have found freedom and the rise of new leaders like Marcello Pera, an advocate of a strong Christian influence in Government. Hungary was once ruled by Communist János Kádár and the Hungarian Soviet Republic. Today, its Prime minister, Viktor Orbán, is a Christian leading his nation to freedom and sanity. | God has given the Church in the United States a period of grace to get its house in order. No president in American history has fought against such an evil shadow government so successfully. Donald Trump is an advocate for God’s people. We need to take advantage of this moment.
City Elder founder, Jesse Rodgers, drew my attention last night to a voice from the past as he relayed to me some words by noted 19th century Baptist pastor, Charles Spurgeon. Spurgeon said:
“David was not a believer in the theory that the world will grow worse and worse, and that the dispensation will wind up with general darkness, and idolatry. Earth’s sun is to go down amid tenfold night if some of our prophetic brethren are to be believed. Not so do we expect, but we look for the day when dwellers in all lands shall learn righteousness, shall trust in the Savior, shall worship thee alone O God, and shall glorify thy name. The modern notion has greatly damped the zeal of the church for missions, and the sooner it is shown to be unscriptural the better for the cause of God. It neither consorts with prophecy, honors God, nor inspires the church with ardour. Far hence be it driven!” | Vice President Mike Pence spoke earlier this year to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). He spoke of the choice America faces today. A political choice between socialism and freedom. It is a choice which will have long-lasting impact on our future.
It is time for our pastors to recover their God-given responsibility to exercise their responsibility to right the ship.

Rescuing Our Children available here. | POLITICAL MINUTE Steve Anderson & Bob Linn Whistleblower under Investigation | Lawfirm enters complaint against the Whistleblower and their attorneys | On November 6, a New York Law Firm filed a complaint with the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IGIC). The firm represents a client who believes that anti-Trump whistleblower and their law firm have violated federal law.
The letter states, in part, that the alleged whistleblower and their attorneys “have weaponized their alleged whistleblowing activities into a very lucrative money-making enterprise using a charity incorporated under a different name than the trade name it is using for fund-raising purposes…”

President Trump and Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, took questions regarding their discussions. | Here, the President pointed out the obvious fact that the transcripts of the phone conversation to which the Democrats are pointing reveal nothing the far left and the media claim they do. At the 7:45 mark of the briefing (watch it here), Ukrainian President Zelensky verified that there was no such pressure from Trump. | On November 12 Steve Anderson’s Real Fiscal Conservatism spoke of this little twist. According to Steve, the letter filing the complaint against the GoFundMe page raised a salient issue. The charitable organization the page set up (i.e. the law firm for the whistleblower) is questionable. | I think they missed an avenue of complaint that should be a follow-up letter to the IRS challenging the non-profit status of the organization. On Wednesday, President Donald Trump highlighted one of his most important accomplishments of his first administration: the confirmation of more than 150 federal judges.
The president addressed an audience of supporters and Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee at a special ceremony held in the East Room of the White House.
He said that these federal judges "will uphold our Constitution as written." Then he added, "I will do everything in my power to halt judicial activism."
